Mark Alfaro, Partner & Senior Recruiter
Since founding 7th Wave Staffing in 1999, Mark has helped to build dozens of Web and software companies, including venture capital incubated start ups, medium sized companies, and several industry leaders. Prior to 7th Wave, Mark was a top-producing recruiter for Essential Solutions, and before that was named "Rookie Recruiter of the Year" for his first year's service at Hall Kinion- a leading national staffing agency at the time. Mark brings over a decade of experience working as an in-house/contract, executive, and technical recruiter to 7th Wave. Mark began his career in non-technical recruiting and sales roles. In addition to recruiting, Mark's passion extends to the Web, where he has started several websites, one of which has become one of the top community websites of its kind. Mark earned a bachelors degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jamie Alfaro, Partner & Senior Recruiter
Jamie has over a decade of recruiting experience. Jamie joined 7th Wave in 2002, and she has successfully filled dozens of difficult job requisitions from Senior Java U.I. Software Engineer through V.P. Engineering. Her recruiting experience spans individual contributor through executive level in software engineering, user experience, information technology, sales, finance, administration, and marketing. Prior to 7th Wave, Jamie was an on-site staffing manager and senior recruiter for numerous start ups in the Silicon Valley. Earlier in her career, Jamie served as Director of Staffing & Human Resources at Enviz, Contingency Staffing Manager for Adecco On-Site at Cisco Systems, and Recruiter/Account Manager at Chamberlain Associates. Jamie started her career in high technology in Technical/Customer Support at Apple Computers.
