7th Wave Search Expands
7th Wave is expanding its executive search division, 7th Wave Search. Business partners Mark & Jamie Alfaro have a combined 20+ years of experience recruiting top talent for Web and software companies in the Silicon Valley. 7th Wave Staffing has worked with stealth-mode/VC-incubated start-ups and medium- to large-sized companies, but a majority of our experience has been with start-ups. We have placed a number of executives over the years, and we will be conducting more executive searches for 7th Wave's clients starting this quarter. 7th Wave has been a valuable business partner to a long list of satisfied customers- many of which we've supported for a number of years.

We continue to provide on-site staffing services, such as sourcing, recruiting, and comprehensive staffing management.

New Website
7th Wave launched its new web site today. After eight years of working primarily on referrals, 7th Wave has expanded its recruiting network and our corporate presence to the Web.
